Royal Agricultural Society co-ordinator of cattle events Lucinda Ross said there were plenty of returning vendors who appreciated the chance to sell their cattle while showing.
"The sale appeals to a lot of studs who don't have their own on property sale," she said.
Ms Ross said the sale would be held on Sunday, April 13, in the Amphitheatre at 5pm.
Breeds in the sale this year are Charolais, Simmental, Limousin, Hereford and Poll Hereford.
The Limousins have the greatest number of entries in the sale with 15 lots from nine vendors catalogued.
Also on offer are seven Charolais lots from four vendors and six Simmental lots from two vendors.
One Hereford bull is to be offered, while a Poll Hereford bull and female are also up for sale with an opportunity for further entries.
Anybody who achieves a first, second or third place in their class is eligible for a wildcard sale entry.
The sale will be conducted by Landmark.
