The southern NSW beef producer was one of seven women selected from the final 100 by judges as the WIAA Outstanding and was named the winner of the outstanding leader in agribusiness category.
Close to 200 nominations were received for the inaugural WIAA 100 - a joint initiative of Emerald Grain and Fairfax Media, run with support from Syngenta.
Emerald Grain managing director John Murray said Emerald's vision for the WIAA 100 was to highlight the important work of women in agriculture to encourage more women to pursue careers in the field.
"The enthusiasm and passion for agriculture of each woman highlighted in this list is truly inspiring," Mr Murray said.
"At Emerald, we operate in agricultural communities across Australia and we believe for the industry to be strong, these communities must be strong too.
"Celebrating the achievements of women in regional communities and in the wider agribusiness sector is important for the growth of the industry."
Fairfax Media general manager of agricultural media, Grant Cochrane, said the final 100 women were tremendous role models for anybody considering a career in agriculture.
"These are women making a mark not only on the industry, but in their communities."
Syngenta territory head for Australasia, Paul Luxton, said Syngenta was delighted to be involved in the WIAA 100 and to celebrate such inspirational women and share their stories.
"These women represent the very best of what our industry has to offer and demonstrate the transformative effect that innovation, passion and a strong sense of community have on Australian agriculture," Mr Luxton said.
The final WIAA 100 receive a one-year e-reader subscription to The Land, Queensland Country Life, the North Queensland Register, Stock and Land, Stock Journal and Farm Weekly.
They will also be invited to an exclusive networking event later this year.
