I began noticing only this species of gum flowering several weeks ago, and I suppose I could have "googled" the answer but decided to see how many others are baffled as well.
Well, I weakened and did "google' and discovered, yes, they do flower in spring to late summer.
So, there's another mystery of life for me, solved.
IT'S getting more interesting, this Local Land Services (LLS) conglomerate.
The Central West group had its first board meeting in Dubbo last week without community representatives as they are currently going through the election process.
I note landholders have to enrol to the be part of the LLS and nominations need to be in by tomorrow, January 31.
ALL this heat and dry conditions and it's not February yet.
