All commercial and agricultural stakeholders from farmers to agronomists and broader business owners including those who value-add, distribute and trade are invited to attend.
The forum will focus on educating stakeholders on the many and various commercial opportunities and benefits associated with growing and processing mustard.
Australian Agricultural Crop Technologies (AATC) chief executive officer Daryl Young, from a Wee Waa farming family, will host the event.
"The new varieties of mustards developed by AATC are more drought, heat, disease and insect resistant," he said.
