The Parade of Champions has been a showstopper with the crowds and is in its third year.
It takes place on Excellence in Agriculture Day, and celebrates members of the show family for their outstanding contributions to the show through the years.
In 2012, Mr Wilson made show history in the Sydney Royal cattle competition winning champion titles in the Jersey and interbreed classes for his supreme champion, Icy Eve.
Lindsey's success at the show began in 1972, when he received a second place for his Jersey cattle.
Mr Wilson said his greatest show achievements were the life-long friendships he had made and looked forward to the annual catch up in the cattle pavilions every year.
Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS) president, Glenn Dudley, said the champions were the heart and soul of the show.
"Each year, our exhibitors, committee members and volunteers travel hundreds of kilometres and dedicate countless hours, helping to shape what has become an iconic Australian event," he said.
"Their passion shines through, allowing us to bring country and city together to enjoy the best rural and regional Australia has to offer, from food and fibre to culture and community.
"At the 2014 show, more than 28,000 entries will compete in more than 5000 competition classes as diverse as livestock, horticulture, art and wood chop - all vying for the chance to take home a coveted Sydney Royal ribbon.
"The parade honours the people behind the ribbons; those who've been integral in showcasing excellence in NSW and Australian agriculture over some of the show's 191 year history."
The parade of champions will take place just before the grand parade on Tuesday, April 15.
