This year's sale has a range of vendors showing a good representation from across the State - as well as two from interstate.
James and Casey Morris, Morrisvale Limousins, Donnybrook, Western Australia, have a bull catalogued, Morrisvale Hurricane, while Ross Sticklen, Lilydale Charolais, Helidon, Queensland, will also be selling a bull, Lilydale Hijack.
The sale is a popular opportunity for vendors to return to sell their cattle and many who are selling this year are not doing so for the first time.
Andrew and Judi Brown, Round Mount Poll Herefords, Ilford, will sell their female, Round Mount Madam.
Mrs Brown said they had sold their bulls and heifers at the sale previously.
While they now predominantly sell their bulls through the Dubbo National Show and Sale, Mrs Brown said the RAS All Breeds sale was a good opportunity to sell heifers as they usually sold well there.
"We are only a small stud so this is a good place for us to sell," she said.
"A lot of people come to see your cattle during Sydney Royal - you get some good exposure."
Matthew and Ann-Marie Collins, Kenmere Charolais, Cobbitty and Holbrook, last sold at the RAS sale some years ago, but had made a return given the good chance it offered to sell at show time.
Mrs Collins said Sydney Royal was an opportunity for other stud breeders to get a good look at cattle in the ring before the sale.
Mrs Collins will sell four junior bulls at the sale this year.
Margaret Bower, Lavender Farm Limousins, Menangle, said the convenience the sale offered was a plus.
"We enjoy the sale and are generally happy with the results - and this good rain we are having at the moment might help things along hopefully."
Wayne and James Davis, Jaward Limousins, East Kurrajong, will sell two bulls this year after having first sold at the sale back in 2011.
Wayne Davis also said the convenience was a highlight, as was the chance for buyers to see the cattle in action.
"It is very handy because we will be down there showing (cattle) anyway, and it's also close to home," he said.
Other vendors this year include Bolong Charolais, Yarra; the McLachlan Group; Talis Angus and Airlie Charolais, Glenquarry.
Welray Patrnership, Nabiac, will be selling a Hereford bull, while Limousin vendors include Clearday Park, Cargo; Classic Limousins, Orange; Berdihold stud, Oswald; River Glen Limousins, Wallarobba; Cassalee Limosins, Harrington Park, and Ruby Park at Dubbo.
Waikoloa Poll Hereford stud, Canowindra will be selling a bull, as will MAJ Simmentals, Cobbity.
Rounding out the vendors are Mala-Daki Simmentals, Crookwell, selling three bulls and two females.
