Making their debut at Sydney will be the next generation of the Cooper family, guided by their dad Jeremy.
Mr Cooper said Sydney Royal had long been important for his family, so it was good to return after a decade having taken time to develop the Simmental side of the stud.
Circle 8 had previously shown Angus cattle at Sydney, as well as around the country with considerable success, but this year they will be bringing a Simmental cow with calf as well as two bulls to the show ring.
The female, St Paul's Red Pear G427, was supreme interbreed female at Canberra Royal, a win Mr Cooper said was unexpected but very welcome given the long time away from showing.
Mr Cooper said his children - Lily, 9; Annabelle, 11, and Thomas, 6, all pictured with the champion cow and calf and Mr Cooper - were looking forward to showing this year, their anticipation also building having seen the family's old ribbons and photos of the event.
