The two companies will work in tandem to grow their harvester business globally.
Mahindra is the world’s leading tractor company by volume, with a presence in world markets including Australia, USA, China and Japan.

Sampo Rosenlew’s, Jali Prihti, said it was a natural step towards growing market share in Asia, Middle East and Africa.
“We aim to increase the manufacturing volumes in harvesters and components.”
Sampo Rosenlew will build a new range of harvesters for developing markets and specialty crops.
