The funeral for the popular real estate agent is scheduled to take place from 11am at St Luke’s Anglican Church, on the corner of Liverpool and Hill streets.
The 48-year-old was a highly-respected and much-loved member, and contributor, of the Scone community.
And, next week’s service will be a celebration of his life.
Mr O’Regan is survived by his wife Sally and three children Tully, Alby and Daniel.
Friends of the family said it had been a devastating week for everyone.
“It is sad beyond belief to see an outstanding dad, husband, son, relative and friend lost in such a tragic accident.
“Our thoughts are with Sal and the kids.”
