Pegged for June 15 auction through Simon McIntyre at Landmark Harcouts at Port Augusta, the station comprises 100,500 hectares of grazing country.
The walk-in walk-out sale will include 5957 sheep and about 500 poll Hereford cattle together with a significant station plant.
Historically the Farghers have run historically run about 8,000 sheep and 600 head of cattle.
The country comprises a balance of low rising hills and open plains of Blue Bush, Cotton Bush, Salt Bush and flowing out towards Mitchell grass plains.
Water is a feature of Martins Well Station. The property features 16 bores, two wells and five pipelines.
The abundance of a flowing bore at the homestead makes for the lush surrounds of a well presented five bedroom homestead and outbuildings.
Working improvements include a seven stand shearing shed and five sets of sheep yards based strategically throughout the station.
The place has three sets of shearing quarters totalling 10 bedrooms.
Martins Well Station also features an extensive set of cattleyards.
Mr McIntyre said the versatility and productivity of the property would be sure to stand out to the most discerning buyer.
