The opportunity comprises an aggregation of three properties within a 3km radius – totalling a combined landholding of approximately 1,583 hecatres.
Approximately 1,200ha are arable and utilised for cereal and oilseed production, with approximately 120ha also developed to centre pivot irrigation.
This is underpinned by a 380ML High Reliability Groundwater Entitlement, which is also excellent quality.
It has high quality basalt soil types and excellent climatic characteristics (average annual rainfall of 505 millimetres).
The balance of the land is currently utilised for grazing purposes, (with an average of 4.3 tonnes to the hectare for cereals and 2.5 tonnes to the hecatre for oilseeds, with the operation also comprising a Merino flock of 1,400 breeding ewes.
