Hay truck road regulations have been relaxed to allow for faster and better delivery of essential feed supplies in the drought. This delivery was declared illegal without a permit previously because it was one load on a split tray.

Many restrictions on hay carriers have been lifted to enable delivery of urgent stockfeed faster and more cheaply in NSW.
