KEEPING farming families safe is the focus for Clipex, with the business developing innovative automated systems designed to make yard work easier and safer.
The whole range of Clipex gear was on display at AgQuip, from fencing, to sheep and cattle handling equipment, including the HD cattle work area system.
The system includes a walkway and platform, and the the rotary crowd tub has curved panels to improve the flow of stock and reduce bruising.
The race is sheeted from tub to ramp, and it also includes a HD2000 series auto crush for autonomous weighing and drafting.
The business prides itself on innovative solutions for sheep and cattle handling, marketing manager Louise Olsson said.
“The HD cattle work area system means you don’t have to be in the yard with the cattle, and that innovation is really making a difference in the industry, as so many farming operations are family-run.
“We’ve had really strong feedback from clients, who say they’ve changed the way they work in stockyards. This makes yard work easier and safer.”
Also on display was the Ezywire machine, developed by Queensland fencing contractor Jamie Stenhouse to easily roll out and erect fences.
Pre-fabricated wire can be loaded on the Ezywire without manual lifting, and the roll is dispensed vertically and can be be strained directly onto posts.
