Without fashion, there would not be a wool industry and the return of the fashion display during the lunch break was welcomed by onlookers.
Showcasing stylish and comfortable garments made from wool, the display featured clothes from the AWI collection along with designs from local seamstresses.
It capped off a great day for the wool industry, with many taking the chance to look over the diversity of Merino rams exhibited along industry displays.
Committee president Steve Phillips said it was an exciting time for the wool industry with over 50 studs represented in one of the best displays in the country. “It has been a great day and we are only a good fall of rain away from everything falling into place.”
