Nangunia, the historic Riverina property once home to colonial federation advocate E.J. Gorman, has been sold following a successful expressions of interest marketing campaign by Elders.

The 1819ha Berrigan property was sold on account of Simon and Emma Steel and bought by well-known Riverina sheep breeder and classer Ian Lilburne and family, who operate the Bluebush Merino stud at Booligal.
Selling agent Matt Horne of Elders Deniliquin said inspections for the landmark property were conducted with prospective buyers from as far afield as Tasmania, Queensland and northern NSW.
No selling price was disclosed, but Mr Horne said it was close to the pre-sale expectation of $5.5m.
Located six kilometres south-east of Berrigan, Nangunia is a mixed farming property of gently undulating country which in recent years has typically supported 1600 Merino ewes and 1200ha of cropping.

Picturesque Cherry Tree Farms sold
The Largest sub-dividable land holding adjacent to Glen Innes has sold via auction.
Cherry Tree Farms was sold by Lombardy Hills Pty Ltd to WH Worth & Co Pty Ltd for $2.92m.
The 230ha property sold as a whole, and is zoned for a five lot subdivision each with dwelling entitlement.
There were 35 physical inspections of the property, with interest from all over the north and north-west.
There were six registered bidders on the day with two active.
Only five kilometres from Glen Innes, Cherry Tree Farms is described as a picturesque property with basalt soils.
It has successfully grown summer and winter cereal, pulse and fodder crops over many years both non-organic and organic.
Cherry Tree Farms is well watered with bore reticulated throughout, spring fed creek and dams.
