BLACK Diamond Speckle Park stud of Victoria has topped the Scone Speckle Park Sale today with their female Black Diamond 110B Protester P253 selling for $17,500.
Offered by the Van der Drift family from Marcona, the 12-month-old female sired by Spots 'N Sprouts Bart 110B from Six Star Unique was snapped up by fellow Victorian online buyer Paul Guy of Te Mooi Speckle Parks at Benalla.
Not only did she impressed prospective buyers around the ring, but she rose to the top of the offering being awarded the champion female of the event.
Alex Pateman and Natalie Merz's offering Rose Hill Aurora was the second top-priced female bought by Ian Brown of Warwick, Queensland, for $16,000.
By Mt Eccles Meteorite and from Almarlea 03M Lacey, the 20-month-old female sold pregnancy-tested-in-calf (PTIC).
Reserve champion female, Victorian Piper offered by Kiwi Park Pty Ltd, was bought online by Ben Nelson, Lawrence, for $9500.
At auction bulls topped at $10,000 for the Linford's Glengarry Storm Chacer purchased by Wattle Grove Speckle Park, Oberon, who was the reserve champion bull.
The rising 21-month-old bull was sird by Johner Stock Farm Continental 9C from Almarlea 68L Melissa, and tipped the scales at 778 kilograms with an eye muscle area (EMA) of 120 centimetres squared and measurements of six millimetres and 10mm in the rib and rump fats and 37cm in the scrotal circumference.
After being passed in at $11,000 in the ring, Deeargee New Frontier offered by Charlie Sutherland of Deeargee Speckle Parks, Uralla, later sold for $12,000 to an undisclosed Queensland buyer.
Champion bull, Hanging Rock Hugo offered by the Hanging Rock Speckle Park stud, Newham, Vic, sold for $9000 to Mojo Ridge Speckle Parks, Flaxley, South Australia.
Semen sold to a top of $575 per straw for five straws of Maungahina Kidmans Cove offered by New Zealand based Maungahina stud, and purchased by online buyer Peter Euvrard, Carrum Downs, Vic.
Embryos reached $2500 per embryo for four Underhill All Out 1D/Rose Hill Chantilly Lace K13 embryos offered by Alex Pateman and Natalie Merz from Rose Hill Speckle Parks, that were snapped up by an online Queensland buyer.
First cross females topped at $1900 for a pen of five two-year-old PTIC first cross females offered by Robert and Narelle Worth, that were purchased through Chris Schmidt Livestock, Gulgong.

The Scone Speckle Park Sale also held a charity auction last night in which $12,350 was raised for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
