With the recent announcement of the NSW Rural Assistance Authority, farmers across NSW can access a rebate of up to 25 per cent of their emergency water infrastructure costs to a maximum of $25,000.

The rebate will also cover eligible work undertaken since July 1, 2018.

"This is most important because the landowner quite often has no idea, when the driller leaves the property, whether the bore has been constructed properly or not.

"Any problems will not become apparent until after a few wet winters.
