Tycolah Poll Herefords, Barraba, conducted their 18th annual on property bull sale, Friday with Tycolah Quake N125 reaching a top of $26,000.

Held in conjunction with The Cottage, Bill and Judy Crowley, Cobbadah, the sale sold 29 bulls of 56 for a 51 per cent clearance, averaging $6655.
Four more bulls sold after the hammer for an average of $4000 each.
With 44 registered bidders and purchasers from five states, bidding was fiercely contested for the first few lots.
Tycolah stud principal Steve Crowley was proud of the line of bulls on offer, claiming they were best and most even line of bulls they had ever produced.
"Over the 50 years we have been breeding, the last two years have been the hardest" he said.
The sale was opened by Eric Crowe, Melton Park, Tamworth, who said Tycolah was a standout Poll Hereford stud, with constitution and quality.
"Steve, fixed in his mind what he wanted to breed, he understands the impact of his breeding females" he said.
The $26,000 top-priced Poll Hereford bull was 23-month-old Tycolah Quake, N125, a son of Wararba Park First Class F230 and was purchased by Toby Nixon, Wallan Creek Herefords, Drillham Queensland.
Bulk buyers on the day included Tom Hodgson, Black Springs, Barraba who purchased three lots for an average of $4666 and a top price of $6000, they were looking to add another bull to the collection after the hammer fell.
GW Lindsay, Ellenborough also purchased three lots for an average of $4000.
Auction was conducted by Landmark with auctioneer Paul Dooley.
