The seven-year-old bay gelding is trained by Dar Lunn and was ridden by Michael Heagney, who travelled from Wagga Wagga for the day.
Off the track in the Macdonald & Co Woolbrokers fashions on the field, Katrina Shelton from "Allambee", Quambone, was named this year's best-dressed lady with Robyn Robson from Corlette the runner-up.
Peter Whitehead from Coonamble and one of Zoutenant's owners was the judge's pick for best dressed classic gent while Michelle and Warren James from Newcastle took home the prizes and title of Ms and Mr Gular.
