Owner David Kerin, who comes from a farming background, recognised the need for units that would be versatile all year round.
The Kerin multi-purpose grouper/feeders can be used to fill feed bins or combines, or for cab-controlled trail-feeding.
Its split division and additive box allows for up to three mixes at once through the auger. These are available in 48 and 60 bag capacity.
A 60 bag loaded with super and seed can sow 40 hectares in a 482mm rainfall or 28ha in a 762mm rainfall.
The heavy-duty flat-top trailers are able to be quickly converted into a stock transporter large enough for up to 48 good sized lambs.
It has opening side gates that enable pallets to be loaded for the return journey.
The flat-top trailer can also be used for carrying the Tabletop Grouper/Feeder (available in 48 and 60 bag).
Kerin Engineering also manufacture sheep and cattle lick feeders which are fully galvanised and fully welded.
The lifting support under the tray enables the lick feeder to be lifted with a front end loader and put on a truck to be moved to another paddock while still full of grain.
"The days are gone when farmers can have a separate piece of equipment for every job on their property," Mr Kerin said.
"We try to build maximum flexibility into the products we design so that they can be used for a variety of farm tasks."
