Mount Crosbie has approximately 1517 hectares (3753 acres) and is conveniently accessed via Thunderbolts Way.
Mount Crosbie is a proven performer located in a district renowned for its productivity.
The property enjoys a long frontage to the Manning River, runs a beef herd and produces quality silage.
The current owners purchased Mount Crosbie in 1996.
They have completely fenced all the open grazing country, which is still in excellent condition.
The soil types range from alluvial river flats through to soils of basalt extract.
