Dunoon Angus sold 100 of 102 bulls offered for a top price of $18,000 and average of $8510 at their annual Autumn sale near Holbrook on Monday.

Stud principal, Jock Harbison said he was extremely happy with the results.
"I was really proud of the bulls and the commercial support we got was fantastic," Mr Harbison said.
The top-priced bull, Dunoon P312 HBR, was a heifer bull sired by Pathfinder General K7 with estimated breeding values (EBVs) in the top five per cent for intramuscular fat (+3.5) and carcase weight (+84).
His figures were in the top 20 per cent for 200 (+54), 400 (+92) and 600 (+131) day weights, Angus Breed Index (+$135) and Heavy Grain Index (+$156).
"He's a bull with plenty of length and strength, real sire appeal, he's been one of the pick bulls all the way along and he's gone to a really good home," Mr Harbison said.
He was bought by repeat clients of the stud, Weering Pastoral Company, and was one of five bulls they purchased on the day.
Volume buyers were Chris and Helen Nixon of Black Mountain Pastoral Company, Wulgulmerang, Vic who took home 11 bulls for a top price of $9000 and average of $7091.
Mrs Nixon said they were in the process of restocking after being impacted by drought and bushfires.
"Last year we didn't buy any bulls because we were badly affected by the drought and we destocked, we're about 50 per cent down on our numbers," Mrs Nixon said.
She said they were looking for bulls with low birth weights, good growth, positive rib and rump figures and good docility.
Another Gippsland client, Alison Burston of Benambra, Vic, bought six bulls, paying a top of $14,000 for Dunoon P631, a bull sired by Ayrvale General G18 and out of a first calf heifer, Dunoon Princess M498.
Hugh Andrew and Son, Berrembed Station, Matong, purchased 10 on the day for the top price of $10,000 and average of $6800.
Other top sales included Dunoon P164, a heifer bull sired by Dunoon Licorice L848 who was used in the stud last year and had an Angus Breeding Index (+$162) and carcase weight (+90) in the top one per cent.
He sold for $15,000 to P and G Lavis Pty Ltd, Mirradong, Bungowannah.
A second $15,000 sale was Dunoon P218 HBR, sired by V A R Foreman 3339, out of a daughter of Te Mania Africa A217.
He was also used in the Dunoon stud last year and was bought by Verge Pastoral, Nagambie, Vic.
Buyers came from all over Victoria and NSW, with clients also making the trip from Tasmania and South Australia.
The sale was conducted by Elders with Lincoln McKinlay taking the bids.
