Rangan Charolais, Charleroi, Victoria sold all 38 bulls offered for a top of $11,000 and average of $6474.
Stud principal, Graeme Cook said they were very happy with the result.
"Obviously the rain through the north and the strength of the cattle market helped the sale greatly," Mr Cook said.
The top priced bull was Rangan Goldrush J37 P170, who sold as Lot 18 to Huon Charolais, Jindera.
He was a Homozygous Polled bull sired by Ascot Goldrush J37E, a calving ease sire purchased by Rangan from Ascot Charolais in 2014.
Rangan Goldrush P170 was in the top one per cent for scrotal (40cm), had a scanned rib and rump figures of 6, eye muscle area of 124 and intramuscular fat value of 4.4.
The rising two-year-old was a full brother of the bull that topped the stud's 2017 sale, selling for $10,500.
Purchaser, David Gray of Huon Charolais said they liked the bull for his thickness and muscle as well as the softness he carried.
"It's the eleventh bull we've bought from Rangan in ten years," Mr Gray said.
"We buy a bull each year off Graeme, he does a top job with the genetics."
Other stud purchasers included Palgrove Charolais, Dalveen, Queensland, who bought Rangan Ashwood L84 P44.
The bull was in the top one per cent IMF for the breed (+1.2) and was one of the many sons of Rangan Ashwood L84 featured in the sale.
Rangan Ashwood L84 was sold in 2017 for $9000, the stud retaining a semen interest in the sire who is a breed trait leader for both low birth-weights and scrotal figures.
The McGrath family of St Clair Charolais, Jeetho, Victoria also purchased two bulls, Rangan Ashwood F56 P126 and Rangan Ashwood L84 P29.
Mr Cook said it was pleasing to see great competition for their home bred sires this year.
He said they had 23 repeat buyers and six new clients, bulls purchased going to Victoria, NSW and QLD.
Most buyers were only able to come away with one to two bulls, Mr Cook said not needing to rely on a volume buyer was a great result for the stud.
The sale was conducted by Corcoran Park and Nutrien Paull and Scollard with Michael Glasser of GTSM taking the bids.
