Buyers chasing 40 years of proven genetics filled the Dulverton sale ring at Glen Innes on Wednesday.
Females with calving ease, efficiency and performance topped at $15,000 and averaged $6083 for a complete clearance of the 54 females on offer.
Stud principal Greg Chappell was blown away with the result and thanked all new and long term buyers.
"It is so wonderful to see the support of our program and genetics," he said after the sale.
The sale was underpinned by a huge presence online through Elite Livestock Auctions who were active on all lots and secured 19 lots in total including the top priced female.
That female, Dulverton Annie Q182, was knocked down to A and S Investments of Werribee, Victoria.
The heifer was in calf to Dunoon P1039 and weighed 535 kilograms with a moderate birth of + 6.7, high growth of +140 for 600 day weight.
She was stud principal Greg Chappell's pick of the sale.
"She was selected through stud principal Greg Chappell for her lower gestation length, her calving ease, her muscle and marbling figures and she will fit into the breeding philosophy of A and S Investments perfectly," a spokesperson said.
They also purchased Dulverton Pixie for the third top price of $11,000.
Graman Pastoral Company purchased Dulverton Annie Q025 for the second top price of $13,000.
She was by home bred sire Dulverton Montjeu M013 and was above average for growth, muscle and marbling.
Graman Pastoral company secured three heifers for a $10,333 average.
They will be used to breed the companies own replacement bulls.
Matt Urban, Urban Angus, Dungog secured four females for a $7750 average.
The top price of his draft was a Dulverton Larry daughter Dulverton Dell P108 who fetched $11,000.
The young cow was selected for her capacity her softness and skin and hair.
"She will go into our embryo program," he said.
"I like the Lotto blood. I like the Dulverton program and the females I purchased today were females with great phenotype that will move our program forward."
Christopher Watson, Kimbriki Angus, Fairlight ended up to be the volume buyers of the day.
They purchased through Elite securing seven females to top at $6000 and average $4928.
The sale was conducted by Colin Say and Company Glen Innes and Elite Livestock Auctions with Shad Bailey as auctioneer.
