The 2021 Jack O'Brien Memorial, Binnaway Cup over 1300m was won by Red Zephyr. The six year chestnut gelding by Snitzel is trained at Wellington by Michael Mulholland and was ridden by Gulgong based jockey Jake Pracey-Holmes.

In the fashions on the field the day's best dressed contemporary lady was Abby Skinner from Coonabarabran while Alison Payne from Dubbo was named the best dressed classic lady and the prize for best hat went to Melissa Simmons-Jerry from Binnaway.
In the junior fashions, Georgie Sallit from Mudgee was the judge's pick for best dressed girl with Rex Thomas from Coolah the best dressed boy.
The Binnaway Jockey Club said on its website that it was a spectacular day.
