A STRONG cold front will deliver another burst of wintry weather in NSW this weekend, featuring rain, low-level snow and damaging winds.
Large areas of inland NSW have already had a decent amount of cold and wet weather this month, thanks to frequent cold fronts and relentless westerly winds.
During the first 20 days of July, daytime temperatures were below average for much of the state, with maximums around 1 to 1.5 degrees Celsius cooler than usual in Young, Parkes, West Wyalong and Coonamble.
Parts of northern and central NSW have also already received about one to two times their average July rainfall so far this month. Now, this cold, wet and windy weather is set to continue.
