A Charolais cow offered by BM and TL Dickerson, Forest Reefs, sold for a record $4472.60 to return 428c/kg for weighing 1045kg at Carcoar on Tuesday, going to a Victorian processor.

"She was built like a bullock and there will be a lot of yield in her as a Euro cow," said McCarron Cullinane Orange agent Darren Connick.
"Carcoar had a very good line up of heavy cows making from 400c/kg to 430c/kg, so she was right up there."
Mr Connick said producers were making the most of very high cow prices, described as "rock solid".
WHAT A WHITE!
Australian White Tattykeel-certified commercial ewes, scanned in lamb with twins, broke a two-week old Aussie record for commercial ewes, 60.7kg at 11-13 months, selling for $1210 a head on AuctionsPlus.
They were Bred by Brian and Helen McKelvie, Marrar via Junee, who offered a second draft of 30 ewes scanned in lamb with singles, which sold for $1040 a head.
SIL MERINO EWES SELL FOR $340
Merino ewes scanned in lamb to Merino rams, produced by BR and KJ Coppock, Ben Lomand Station at Ben Lomand, made $340 on AuctionsPlus this week, going to Walcha through Nutrien Boulton's.
The two to three year old ewes, 57kg, scanned at 140 per cent in-lamb and were bought for their genetics as the Coppock family had been breeding to strict Smooth Rolling Skin principals for the past 24 years, as ordained by the late Dr Jim Watts.
As well 206 rising one year old ewes, February shorn, made $265 also going to Walcha.
Four and five year old spring-drop lambs, 186 head, scanned in lamb at 170pc, made $330 going to Mudgee for breeding.
