The state government released its first artist's conception of what the campus may look like, all while planning applications have been lodged.
Announced by the NSW Education Minister Sarah Mitchell in June this year, the project was launched after a mystery illness forced staff and students out of the former campus.
It is hoped the multi-million dollar project, which has been declared a state significant development, will be completed in time for the 2023 school year and once complete will feature 15 new learning spaces, sports fields and an Indigenous cultural centre.

"I know how important it is to have quality regional schools for our students and this project will provide the Wee Waa community with brand new facilities," Ms Mitchell said.
"Wee Waa High School is another milestone in the NSW Government's continuing commitment and record investment in regional education.
"We will continue investing in the regions so all students have access to the best education opportunities no matter where they live."
Since the closure of the former campus, which caused more than 50 members of the school community to became unwell, with symptoms consistent with exposure to mould, including headaches, respiratory issues, and rashes, staff and students have been operating out of portable facilities.
Parliamentary Secretary to the Deputy Premier Sam Farraway MLC said he was pleased to know that master planning and concept design phases are complete with the application now lodged.
"I know it has been a big adjustment for our students and their families while we have worked towards a solution. Lodgement of the application makes our commitment to deliver a new high school for Wee Waa clear," Mr Farraway said.
"I encourage the community to attend the upcoming information session to find out more about the project scope and benefits, timeline and the design approach."
The application will be on public exhibition for 28 days from November for 11 until December 8 via www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/major-projects/project/42061.
A public information session will be held on Wednesday, November 17 from 3pm at the Wee Waa Bowling Club. To attend, visit: edu.nsw.link/WWHSInfo.
If you are unable to attend and would like to book a phone call with the project team please call 1300 482 651 or email schoolinfrastructure@det.nsw.edu.au with a preferred day and time.
