Southern Highlands Flower Farm owner Jen Foster is offering limited tours of their farm at Penrose, which is home to more than 3000 dahlias across more than 600 different varieties/cultivars.
Created in 2019, Mrs Foster focuses on growing dahlias, peonies and heirloom chrysanthemums on a little less than an acre of the property.
Ticket holders will learn about how Jen runs her operation as well as why she developed a passion for sustainable flower farming.
"We are heading into a fantastic dahlia season," Mrs Foster said.
"The regular rain we have had means lots of healthy growth.
"We are starting to see colour in the dahlia patch, and we will be in full bloom by February, ready to share the beauty with flower lovers."
As well as having the chance to take plenty of flower photographs, especially with the dahlias in bloom, ticket holders will also be able to get up close and personal with their menagerie of animals, including pet pigs George and Chloe, and their geese, ducks and chooks along the way.
At the end of the tour, refreshments will be provided, and there will be time for a question-and-answer session with Jen.
Ticket holders will finish the experience with a bunch of fresh farm flowers to take home.
The next tour with availability will take place on Friday, February 23, from 10.30am to 12pm.
