WITH success in her blood, and a taste of being close to the top, Ghinni Creek Picasso was no surprise when she painted the perfect picture for owners Michael and Janine Eagles.

Sired by US sire Palmyra Tri-Star Burdette from Boldview Modem Pastel, the two-time reserve senior champion winner at Sydney Royal in 2017 and 2018, the rising five-year-old female returned after being named the senior honourable mention of the show last year.
Officiated by Pat Nicholson of Jugiong Jerseys, Northern Victoria, the Ayrshire ring had 37 quality entries in its breed judging for 2019, but none good beat Picasso who also was the production winner and the senior best senior udder ribbon winner.
A 10-year-old female, Werombi Kates Ivene 2, from Brett and Melinda Hayter, Werombi, claimed the reserve senior Ayrshire female sash ahead of the rising seven-year-old hourable mention recipient from Jaspers Brush residents Paul and Vicki Timbs, Mayfield Farms Potter Showcase.
The Timbs' younger entry Mayfield Farms Vickis Showcase impressed judge Mr Nicholson, following on from her Dairy All breeds Youth Competition champion win alongside handler Gerogia Herne earlier in the day, to secure the junior champion sash.
By Canadian sire De La Plaine Vicking from Mayfield Farms Potter Showcase, the 14-month-old female oozed style, especially when she was on the move.
"She is long, tall and extremely stylish on the move," Mr Nicholson said. "I really like the balance of this female and the extra stretch is what gives her the advantage over the other females in the class."
Vickis Showcase also went on to place section in the junior dairy interbreed competition with a score of 10 points, just behind the winning Jersey on six and in front of the Holstein on 12.
The Timbs' also exhibited by reserve junior champion female, Mayfield Farms Vicking Vienna, and the honourable mention, Mayfield Farms Vicking Holly, to make it a clean sweep in the junior division.
They also were awarded first place with their three females, not over two years.
In the intermediate section, the Timbs' again claimed a top honour securing intermediate champion with Mayfield Farms Titan Rosebud, a rising four-year-old female sired by Terrace Bank Titan from Mayfield Farms Rosebud.
Described as a very dairy female with lovely cleanness, a strong topline and nice tracking ability, the Titan Rosebud female placed over Michael and Janine Eagles, Moto, entry Ghinni Creek Coco Pops who was the reserve intermediate female.
By Due Star Gentleman from Paschendale Coco Chanel, Coco Pops was the also the winner of the best intermediate udder sash.
Honourable mention in the intermediate division went to Wisteria Park Forget-Me-Not from Emma Ludington, East Hills.
Group classes had Michael and Janine Eagles on top of the three females of any age, and the five females of any age sections.
Brett and Melinda Hayter, Werombi, were first in the dam's progeny group with their team of Werombi Festive Ivene progeny.
