Two children and a man have died after a crash on the NSW north coast.

Emergency services were called to Kangaroo Creek Road at Coutts Crossing, some 30km south of Grafton, about 9.30pm Saturday after reports a twin-cab utility left the road and struck a tree.
The 43-year-old male driver, a 14-year-old boy and an 11-year-old girl all died at the scene.
Officers from the Coffs-Clarence police district established a crime scene and are investigating the circumstances of the crash.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
Police have urged anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers.
